In particular, Mr Lavrov noted that a new boost was given to the development of the entire complex of Russian-Indonesian relations following the meeting of the Russian and Indonesian presidents during the APEC Summit in Beijing in November 2014. He also confirmed Russia's intention to continue working to strengthen bilateral relations and ensure stability and security in the Asia-Pacific Region and the entire world.

In her message, Retno Marsudi expressed readiness to join efforts to implement the agreements reached by the two countries' leaders and further strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the peoples of Russia and Indonesia.
