28 February, S.V. Lavrov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, had a telephone conversation with M.R. Ungureanu, the Prime Minister of Romania, on the initiative of the Romanian side.
During the conversation the parties discussed a number of current items on the bilateral agenda, including the need for search of solutions to the unsettled problems and development of the practical Russian-Romanian cooperation.
