We are delighted to have established new contact with you. We extend our gratitude for accepting our invitation to participate in the inaugural Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum, convened in line with the decision reached at the second summit between Russia and our African friends, held in St Petersburg in 2023.
We are pleased to have the opportunity to continue our dialogue, addressing pressing issues on the bilateral agenda and exchanging views on the current situation in Africa and globally.
