On the opening of the Center for Russian Language and Culture at SRM Institute of Science and Technology in Chennai

On September 16th, the SRM Institute of Science and Technology in Chennai was hosting the grand opening of the Russian Language and Culture Center of N.P. Ogarev Mordovia State University (Saransk).

This new Center is set to enhance educational collaboration between India and Russia, offering Russian language courses, cultural workshops, lectures on literature, history, art, and more, along with guidance for students interested in studying in Russia.

The grand opening was attended by Consul General of the Russian Federation in Chennai Valery Khodzhaev, Counsellor of N.P. Ogarev Mordovia State University Dmitriy Glushko, Director of Russian House in Chennai Alexander Dodonov, Registrar of SRM Institute of Science and Technology Dr. S. Ponunusamy.
