Press release on Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov’s meeting with Qatari Ambassador to Russia Fahad bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah
On October 10, Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov met with Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Russia Fahad bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah at the latter’s request.
The officials discussed current issues related to the further development of Russian-Qatari multifaceted ties, including the schedule of upcoming contacts and events.
They also talked about the recent developments in the Middle East with an emphasis on the situation in Syria, especially in the country’s north-east.
