I am really delighted to be able to exchange views with you, Mr Minister, my dear friend.
We are using any opportunity we get to develop our contacts and to agree on implementing the decisions that our leaders make.
Today I would like to once again express our satisfaction with how progressively our strategic partnership and comprehensive cooperation are developing.
We confirm our solidarity with the Chinese people and leadership in relation to the efforts that are being made successfully and transparently to thwart the coronavirus epidemic. Russia greatly appreciates this. We will definitely continue to provide humanitarian assistance to China, including in the form of deliveries of medical equipment.
