On September 15, Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov had a telephone conversation with US Special Representative for North Korea Policy Sung Kim. The call was initiated by the US side.
The officials discussed the situation on the Korean Peninsula and the prospects for resuming the six-way negotiation process on the nuclear problem.
