Press release on an exchange of greetings between Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates of the Kingdom of Morocco Nasser Bourita on the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations

On September 1, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates of the Kingdom of Morocco Nasser Bourita exchanged messages of greetings on the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.   

The ministers underscored their countries’ shared interest in further developing and deepening the multi-faceted and mutually beneficial cooperation between Russia and Morocco.

They also confirmed the two countries’ intent to maintain effective foreign policy coordination in the interests of ensuring regional and international security and stability.
