Question: Mr Lavrov, will the Normandy format meeting take place today?

Sergey Lavrov: Yesterday we explained that we were ready but our German counterpart suddenly had to fly back to Berlin. Today we proposed several suitable options taking into account the current programme. We are waiting. Nothing is confirmed yet.

Yesterday we had an in-depth discussion with OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger. Therefore, I am not sure we even have to have this meeting. If the Germans are ready, then we are ready, too.
