Press release on the flower-laying ceremony involving the diplomatic corps at the Crocus City Hall
On March 30, flowers were laid at an improvised memorial near the Crocus City Hall. The heads and staff from over 130 diplomatic missions (over 350 people) took part in the event.
The Russian side is grateful to the esteemed representatives of the diplomatic corps for solidarity with the people of Russia at this difficult moment.
