Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, met with Yoshiro Mori, Chairman of the Political Council of the DPJ, former Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, in Tokyo on January 28.
A meaningful exchange of views took place on a number of issues in Russian-Japanese relations, including the development of inter-party and inter-parliamentary contacts, enhancement of mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation.
