Press release on Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s meeting with Foreign Minister of the Republic of Indonesia Retno Marsudi
On September 22, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a meeting with Foreign Minister of the Republic of Indonesia Retno Marsudi on the sidelines of the 77th Session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
The discussion focused on the implementation of the agreements reached during the talks between President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo in Moscow on June 30, 2022. The ministers also spoke about strengthening the practical vector of bilateral cooperation, as well as a number of topical issues on the international and regional agenda.
