Mr President,
It is always an honour for us to be received by you. We had an open, friendly meeting with the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa Naledi Pandor, a good friend of mine. It was a very useful meeting.
Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule. Especially as the people at your earlier meeting did not want to let you go.
President Vladimir Putin sent you his warm greetings and congratulations on your re-election as the leader of the African National Congress party.
