Madam Minister,
Dear guests,
We are delighted to welcome you at the First Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum in Sochi. Thus, we can continue discussing bilateral relations, which are developing very well.
I recall my wonderful visit to the Kingdom of Eswatini in January 2023. We discussed many issues then. I think it would be useful to once again compare our approaches both to the bilateral agenda and to African and international affairs, where our cooperation is becoming increasingly fruitful.
