Annan's plan in all aspects with a focus on its provided activities aimed at the establishment of a democratic pluralistic system in Syria for the benefit of all the Syrians irrespective of the ethnicity and religious affiliation.

The PFCL highly appraised the Russia's compelling stand for the inadmissibility of external interference in Syrian matters and encouragement of all the Syrians to national reconciliation leading to the establishment of lasting peace in Syria.
